Design3 dobby is a CAD/CAM system for dobby fabric manufacturers. The system is unique in that the design creation and production data calculation process reproduces the exact stages of the actual pattern development and weaving process. Design3 dobby is used for creating new designs, reshaping the current designs, making colorways, developing blankets and so on... Design3 dobby is unique also in three-dimensional simulation of the dobby designs. the system does not any simulate the designs but weaves it on the screen as it were in the loom. Design3 dobby is directly connected to the production plant to send the production data automatically.
